3. Goods

Certain offerings may include physical items, such as printed manuals, journals, or branded merchandise. Shipping details and timelines are provided at checkout.

4. Refund Policy

Our guidelines vary by offering type:

Services: Enrollees may request a refund within 7 days of course commencement, provided no more than 10% of the course content has been accessed. Approved requests will be reimbursed to the original method of payment within 10 business days. As an alternative, participants may apply their payment toward a future session of equal or lesser value.

Information Products: Due to instant delivery, digital materials are non-refundable. However, customers may request an exchange or credit toward another digital offering within 3 days of purchase. Such requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Goods: Physical items may be sent back in unused condition within 14 days of receipt. Customers must obtain authorization via contact.html. Upon inspection, approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days and reimbursed to the original method of payment. Shipping fees are non-reimbursable.

Some specialized offerings are explicitly non-refundable due to their bespoke nature. Such conditions will be stated prior to enrollment or purchase. We encourage customers to review all details carefully before committing.
